Quality Control Programs in Place at Production

Raw Material

Our raw material suppliers in Brazil are the biggest national wire producers, and both are really focused at their product quality which granted then many new markets out of Brazil.

Engineering Department

One of the factors that allows us assuring the quality of our products, and emphasizes the innovative spirit of our company, is the engineering department, giving us a full domain of the machines we have for the nail production where we invested a lot in research and development to eliminate the external dependence and make at home our selves our equipments’ production, as follow:

Collator Machine

Machine that converts loose nails into collated nails.

Rolling Machines

Convert common nails into ring or screw shank nails, our machine reached a very good productivity.

Production of Dies

All roll and sector dies for the Rolling Machines are produced by ourselves.

Those dies used to be imported from Italy because we did not have companies in Brazil capable to produce neither the steel and the die.

We were successful in a partnership job to develop a supplier able to produce the dies and a supplier for the steel with the necessary quality.

Today our dies produce more nails with better quality and longer durability.

Control by Samples

In each step of our production we do a control by samples which allows us assuring the quality of our nails at each stage of our production line.

It also give signs of the expected dies durability to grant nails always with the best ring and screw shank.

Tracking by Production Order

All our production is controlled by a system, developed by our Data Department, with production orders which are created to keep the stock level programmed for each item.

The Production Order # are in each of our packs allowing us to verify each machine at the different steps of our production the product lot had passed by.
