Packaging

Our Coil nails and Loose Nails Packaging grants the arrival of the product in perfect conditions to the final user due to its components:

1 - Reinforced Cartoon Box:

Tripletiered carton with internal doubletiered carton waves.

2 - Internal divisions (coil nails):

Vertical arranged divisions (not orizontal) internally making 6 coil columns on the package, granting more heaping resistance and protecting the coil from being deformed.

3 - Cartoon tubes (coil nails):

The nailers compartment for nails have a small column where the coils of nails rotates giving an easy traction at each nail fired.

Due to the welding wire* flexibility the coils can be easily deformed during transportation, and the great inconvenience happens when the internal coil diameter is damaged.

* form the coils.

We place at the coil's internal diameter rigid cartoon tubes with the same height of the cartoon box avoiding it from being injured which difficult the process of placing the coil in the nailer compartment for nails.

Boxes without that component cause operators to loose a long time remodeling the internal coils' diameter.

Export Packaging

Besides our boxes we have in our exportations the following components to keep the product in perfect conditions:

A - Wood pallets.
B - Plastic belts.
C - Cartoon corners.
D - Plastic film.

Production and Distribution Center

All our production is centralized at our Plant placed at Poa city, which together with other neighbor cities represent the main industrial and economical center in our country.

Our industrial unit is strategically located at one hour from the most important Brazilian maritime port, the Port of Santos, allowing us to quickly continue the ocean orders.

We are also sited in a large road ring that besides other routes gives us an easy access to the road of entrance to the Argentinean and Chilean Markets.
